1.Overview of design guiding ideology

In response to the user's product output and pressure requirements, this device adopts molecular sieve technology, expander refrigeration, single tower countercurrent expansion, and nitrogen lower tower extraction and reheating processes. Its design principles are advanced technology, mature technology, reliable operation, convenient operation, safety and low consumption.
The technical features of this device are easy installation and high safety; the devices are all built into a pry, so they are highly integrated and automated and can be left unattended.

2.Process flow description

The raw material process air is inhaled through the suction port, enters the self-cleaning air filter, filters out dust and mechanical impurities, and enters the centrifugal air compressor for compression. The compressed gas enters the air precooling system, and the air is cooled by the precooling unit. At a certain temperature, free water is separated through a water separator.
The process air from the air pre-cooling system enters the air purification system used to adsorb and remove moisture, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons. The purification system consists of two adsorbers; the two adsorption vessels adopt a double-bed structure. When one is running, The other one is regenerated by heating the waste nitrogen from the cold box through a heater.
The clean process air leaving the air purification system directly enters the main heat exchanger in the cold box, is cooled by the refluxed gas, and is cooled to a certain temperature before entering the lower tower for distillation.
In the distillation tower, the ascending gas fully contacts the downstream liquid for heat and mass transfer. Pure nitrogen is obtained at the top of the lower tower, and oxygen-rich liquid air is obtained in the tower still. Part of the pure nitrogen is drawn from the top of the tower, reheated by the main heat exchanger and then out of the cold box as pressure product nitrogen; the other part enters the main condensing evaporator at the top of the lower tower and is condensed, and liquid nitrogen is sent to the lower tower as reflux liquid. While the gas nitrogen is condensing, the dirty liquid oxygen in the main condensing evaporator is vaporized. The vaporized dirty nitrogen gas is reheated through the subcooler and the main heat exchanger in turn, and is reheated to a certain temperature to be expanded and refrigerated by the expander.

After the machine, the plate is removed and reheated to normal temperature, and the cold box is used as the regeneration gas for the purification system. The excess dirty nitrogen is vented through the silencer.

Main equipment description

 

 

 

Air filter system

The raw air filter fully considers the local climate characteristics and can replace the filter element without stopping. The filter is designed for horizontal air intake, filtration efficiency: 99.99% (dust diameter > 1 μm), pressure drop range: 150 ~ 650Pa, and the processing air volume is designed to be 2.0 times the air volume (backflush air pressure 0.45MPa). A protective net is installed around the filter to block dead grass, leaves and other debris, and prevent large particles from damaging the filter element. The filter is equipped with an automatic control system that can automatically backflush at scheduled times and adjust the program according to the filter resistance.

 

Precooler

1) The main engine of the pre-cooling unit, the refrigeration compressor, uses a semi-hermetic screw refrigeration compressor, which operates silently, saves energy, has a long life, and has high refrigeration efficiency, fully ensuring the safe operation of the refrigeration compressor;
2)The pre-cooling unit adopts advanced precision pressure and temperature instruments, which can display parameters such as compressed air pressure, refrigerant high and low pressure temperatures, etc. to monitor the operating status of the pre-cooling unit.
3) The instrument panel and the entire refrigeration system of the pre-cooling unit are of skid-mounted design, with compact structure, easy installation and beautiful appearance.

 

Fractionation tower cold box

The design of the fractionating tower is advanced, the process flow is mature and stable, and the design complies with the pressure vessel design specifications.
It mainly has the following characteristics:
1) Use advanced calculation software, combined with the user's climate conditions and public engineering conditions, to calculate the process flow of air separation equipment and the calculation of the distillation tower;

3) The main heat exchanger adopts a long-plate, large-section vacuum-brazed aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger, which reduces the temperature difference at the hot end, controls the loss of cooling capacity, reduces energy consumption and so on.

 

purifier system

The molecular sieve purifier is filled with a sufficient amount of adsorbent with good strength, particle size, adsorption performance and service life, and the automatic switching cycle is 8 hours. It mainly has the following characteristics:
1) Equipped with an air flow uniform distribution device, which has a long life, saves investment and reduces energy consumption;
2) A built-in powder filter is used at the outlet to effectively prevent dust from entering the cold box and ensure the long-term stable operation of the air separation equipment.

 

Circulating water system

It is the most widely used industrial cooling design. It consists of pumps, heat exchangers, and cooling towers. The pumps keep the water recirculating through heat exchangers where it picks up heat and moves it to the cooling tower where heat is released from the water through evaporation.

1) The cooling water tower adopts an open cooling water tower, which is reliable in operation;
2) The fan adopts two-stage speed regulation to meet the operation of different climate conditions.

 

Liquid nitrogen backup pressure regulation system

1) The liquid nitrogen backup system adopts the form of a vacuum storage tank, the vaporizer adopts an air bath type, and the vaporizer adopts a 1-use and 1-standby mode, which can be switched between each other.
2) The backup nitrogen and cold box nitrogen are seamlessly connected in terms of control, ensuring the normal supply of nitrogen in the event of device nitrogen failure.
