The heating, cooling, liquid accumulation and purification of the fractionation tower can be completed at one time, and the operation is simple, fast and convenient. Aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger and aluminum convection sieve plate column are used. The whole fractionation tower equipment pipeline adopts argon arc welding. The tower body and main pipe in the cold box are made of high-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel, which increases the strength and reduces the pipeline damage. Torsion damage. Equipment brackets, pipes and valve brackets in the cold box should be made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy. The cold box is insulated with pearl sand and slag wool to ensure minimum cooling loss. The cold box structure guarantees the overall strength and seismic and wind resistance requirements, as well as the bearing capacity of the cold box. The cold box is equipped with airtight protection and safety devices during operation. The main equipment in the cold box is equipped with electrostatic grounding. All connections of the cold valves and pipes in the cold box are welded, avoiding the use of flange connections.
