The operating procedures should be strictly followed so that the working pressure of the gas storage tank should not be higher than the specified pressure, and inspections should be performed on time, and the operation records should be filled in time.
2) Before operation, check whether the outer surface of the gas storage tank is damaged, whether the pipeline connection is airtight, whether the pressure gauge is normal, whether the pressure gauge is within the normal pressure range, and the exhaust valve should be opened slowly. Pay attention to the water discharge in the tank. Then open the intake valve.
3) Check the pipelines and tanks for leaks in time. If any problems are found, the machine must be shut down for treatment, and no disease operation is allowed.
4) The equipment should be inspected in time during daily work, and the indication value of the gas tank pressure gauge should be checked. If the working pressure is higher than the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve should be opened automatically, otherwise the air intake should be stopped immediately, the operation should be stopped, and the pipeline should appear. Leakage should be repaired in time, paying attention to whether the safety valve and pressure gauge are normal.
5) When the gas storage tank is in use, check whether the automatic drain valve is installed at the bottom of the gas storage tank. If it has been installed, pay attention to whether the automatic drain valve drains normally, otherwise the moisture in the air will flow to the production line due to too much. Affect product quality; if it is not installed, it is necessary to manually open the valve to drain at least once per shift.
6) The gas storage tank is a high-pressure container, and no flammable and explosive gas is allowed near it. The tank should be kept clean, dry, and ventilated, and it is strictly forbidden to pile up debris around it. 7) It is strictly forbidden to use metal objects to collide and knock the tank body during operation. The gas storage tank has no severe corrosion, stable support, no cracks in the welding place, and no violent shaking during operation.
