The structure of the vaporizer

Vaporizers are commonly known as "carburetors". The most important equipment in the gasoline engine fuel supply system. It is used to volatilize gasoline and form a uniform combustible mixture with air.

It is often composed of floats, float chambers, needle valves, throat pipes, fuel injection pipes and measuring holes. The gasoline pumped by gasoline enters the float chamber from the inlet, and there is a needle valve connected with the float in the float chamber to control the oil level to maintain a certain oil level. The gasoline enters the fuel injection pipe from the float chamber through the measuring hole. The outlet of the fuel injection pipe is about 3~5mm higher than the oil level of the float chamber, which can prevent gasoline from spilling. When the piston moves down and the intake valve opens, the air from the air cleaner enters from the inlet, passes through the choke valve and flows into the carburetor. The air flowing through the throat creates a negative pressure due to the sudden increase in velocity, and the gasoline is ejected from the fuel injection pipe under the action of the pressure difference, and is blown into countless small oil droplets by the high-speed air. The oil mist evaporates and mixes with air along the way to form a uniform combustible mixture, and then enters the cylinder. The amount of gasoline ejected by the fuel injection pipe is determined by the diameter of the metering hole, and the amount of combustible mixture entering the cylinder is controlled by a throttle valve (commonly known as "throttle"). According to the air flow direction, there are two types of suction type and suction type. According to different structures, there are single-injection tube carburetor and multi-injection tube carburetor. Simple vaporizers can only meet the needs of small gasoline engines with very stable individual loads. For most gasoline engines with frequent changes in workload, a carburetor equipped with a series of auxiliary devices such as starting, idling (i.e. idling), enrichment, acceleration, etc., can be used to automatically change the combustibility according to the requirements of various load changes and different working conditions. The concentration of the mixed gas to ensure the good working performance of the engine and lower fuel consumption rate.
