Overview

Double Expander N2 Small Scale LNG a liquefaction of natural gas based on Nitrogen Refrigerant cycle process. Nitrogen Refrigerant cycle technology uses a closed-loop nitrogen cycle to liquefy the feed gas. This includes compression, pressurization and expansion of nitrogen. The resulting cooling load is transferred to natural gas through brazed aluminum heat exchanger (bahx) to liquefy it.

Double Expander N2 Small Scale LNG uses the pressure difference between the gas transmission trunk line and the end-user pipeline, and adopts the liquefaction process of the combination of expansion mechanism, cooling and throttling to produce low-cost liquefied natural gas. The booster braking process is adopted to effectively recover the expansion work, reduce the energy consumption of the device and have high operation efficiency. High efficiency plate fin heat exchanger is used in the liquefaction cold box, which has small volume and large heat exchange area.
