Mixed Refrigerant Small Scale LNG is a liquefaction of natural gas based on Single Mixed Refrigerant cycle process. Single Mixed Refrigerant cycle technology uses a closed-loop mixed refrigerant cycle to liquefy the feed gas.The mixed refrigerant is compressed, partially condensed and expanded in several steps. The cooling load generated by expansion is transferred to natural gas through brazed aluminum heat exchanger (bahx), allowing natural gas liquefaction.

The composition of the mixed refrigerant cycle can be optimized to improve heat exchange in the natural gas liquefaction process. The integral cold box has compact structure, good heat insulation effect and easy installation. It only needs to be hoisted in place at the construction site to connect the reserved pipes, which reduces the construction cost.
